sunnyside up eggs

what a great way to start the morning. sunnyside up egg with sauteed sun dried tomatoes and olives, with grated parmesan and a balsamic – lemon reduction. Topped with a bit of crushed red pepper for the perfect bite

  1. heres a great little tip, baste the egg for the perfect egg everytime by throwing a teaspoon to a tablespoon of water into the pan and then cover it. The water will evaporate and cook the egg from the top while the heat cooks the egg from the bottom, adding that perfect white film and removing any gooey residue around the yolk. picture perfect!
