Spice of the Day: Horseradish Powder 🐴
Recipe: Thyme-Roasted Cauliflower w/ Horseradish Sauce

4-6 servings
1 head Cauliflower
1 medium Onion
2 tbsp Olive Oil*
4 whole Garlic Cloves
4 sprigs fresh Thyme or Marshalls Creek Thyme*
A pinch Sea Salt*
A pinch Black Pepper ground*

1/4 cup Marshalls Creek Horseradish Powder

1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp Lemon Juice 🍋


  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Toss cauliflower and onion with olive oil, garlic, and thyme. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Lay flat on a large, rimmed baking sheet and roast, tossing occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender, about 40 minutes.
  3. For the sauce: Stir together the sour cream, horseradish, and lemon juice until well-combined. Drizzle over the finished cauliflower or use as a dip.
